RUBBER PRODUCTION

Industrial wastewater; production process discharge includes wash water, contaminated water from heating, cooling and other operations. A rubber factory produces an average of 410,000 liters of wastewater per day to produce 20 tons of rubber. Discharge of rubber industry wastewater that is not treated properly can have serious and dangerous consequences. Therefore, appropriate technologies should be used for the treatment of wastewater.

GESU Environmental Technologies has various methods for the treatment of waste, the most important of which are biological, aerobic, anaerobic and physicochemical methods. Advanced methods include natural process, electrochemical methods, ozonation treatment followed by bulk activated sludge and methods combining physicochemical and biological methods (eg gas injection technique and sludge process).
