CATAPHORES COATING

Cataphoresis is the process of painting metal parts such as steel, zinc, brass, aluminum by electrochemical method after cleaning.

Cataphoresis (KTL) coating is intensely preferred especially in the automotive industry and white goods industry, as the corrosion resistance gives the best results even on difficult parts. Cataphoresis coating is applied to the metal surface as the first layer.

Cataphoresis coating is formed by emptying the wastewater rinsing baths. In the cataphoresis coating wastewater, pollutants such as Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Suspended Solids (AKM), Phosphorus, Zinc must be treated so that they fall below the limit values.

GESU Treatment, offers turnkey wastewater treatment plants for cataphoresis coating wastewater with its quarter-century experience in the metal sector. Wastewater treatment is applied for cataphoresis coating wastewater with processes such as chemical treatment (Coagulation - Neutralization - Flocculation - Precipitation), Chemical Additive Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF), Filtration.
