CONDENSATION

Liquid or semi-solid form resulting from wastewater treatment, odorous; These are the physical methods applied in order to reduce the moisture content of the treatment sludge containing 0.25% to 12% solids by weight, depending on the treatment process applied.

Thanks to these methods, the percentage of moisture is reduced and thus the mud cake, which is converted into a solid state, becomes easy to transport. Thus, the sludge is made suitable for disposal and is reduced in volume with the aid of the dewatering process.

The sludge is agglomerated with cationic polymer and collected in a mixer rector for the development of flocs. The lumped sludge is pumped into sludge dewatering units (Filtrepress, Beltpress, Decanter, etc.) with the help of pumps. It is physically compressed and made suitable for disposal and regulations.

The most suitable sludge dewatering solutions are specially designed and produced for each project according to the sludge characteristic and sludge flow rate of your facility. The equipment constituting the system are produced in an integrated manner at the GESU factory, factory and field assembly are completed, put into operation and delivered to the customer.
