The compact unit is a system developed for the separation of solid particles, oil and sand from domestic and industrial wastewater. This system allows to operate on a single machine.
First, the waste water passing through the sieves reaches the sand separation tank. The waste held here is dewatered with a screen press and discharged through a drain pipe. In the sand and oil section, the oil rises to the surface and decomposes as the sand settles to the bottom. The settled sand is pushed by a spiral into the funnel at the bottom of the tank. To prevent the precipitation of organic materials, the wastewater is aerated and mixed with an air blower-diffuser system. The sand accumulated in the hopper at the bottom of the tank is transported upwards by means of an angle conveyor and at the same time it is discharged by providing dewatering. Oil accumulation is removed by using a scraper or scraper system with the degreasing section on the surface.
