AUTOMATIC POLYELECTROLYTE UNIT

Polyelectrolyte is used as an aid in wastewater treatment, flocculation, solid/liquid separation processes and increasing efficiency such as sludge dewatering.

The powdered polyelectrolyte substance is dosed from the dry dosing chamber with the help of a dosing pump. The first process, the dissolution process, starts with the mixing of powdered flocculation agent and water with the help of a reducer in the first pool with pressure control.

The water overflowing from the first pool is mixed in the maturation pool with the help of a reducer operating at a lower speed. In the final process, the prepared solution passes to the storage compartment and is given to the system with the help of a pump.

Tank material is made of PP and piping is made of PVC.
